I can see the girl playing dead ok, but how would they get certain parts of her body (which I understand would be exposed) to co-operate if she was indeed cold? She wouldn't make a very convincing corpse with her nipples sticking up like a pair of thimbles.

It's like the shampoo and soap ads. Girls only ever wash their heads, tummies and legs. They never actually wash their tits or arses so the camera kind of skips over those bits.

In the movie she'll be lying there all dead and suchlike and the camera will only find decent dead bits. The naughty dead bits will be modestly covered with leaves or a bit of moss or some such thing.

Deadly realism, eh?
