Yeah synthol is okay, but that last guy of the pictures above was on telly after one of his biceps exploded, so i may not have large arms, but at least mine are natural

IIRC all synthol does is fill the muscle with oil, hence the stupidly large arms, it isnt actually a steroid enhancement drug, hence why a lot of professional body builder wannebe's use it.
















Having said all of that, i wonder if it works on other parts of your anatomy?

There was some resorting to body "muscle" implants too in the past. Calf, chest and bicep muscles "inhanced". Remember seeing on TV a while ago.
