I don't know when it ends but good for buying and then collecting when you return!

Edinburgh don't have the same offer sadly but I did pick up a Black Grouse so all is not lost!

is that for travel in the EU or only for outside of EU? Lot's of stuff looks cheap at the airports but then you find out it can only be purchased when you are on a non-EU flight.

I don't know! Never been caught out so wouldn't look. Didn't think that they could do that anymore

You have to show your boarding pass for each purchase. If you are flying within the EU, you can still buy any item but you will only be discounted the VAT, not the duty. That's why it's TAX FREE for EU consumption and DUTY FREE for outside the EU.

There is no way around this.
