Changes in the desert

The Bahrain International Circuit has undergone some major changes ahead of the opening round, with an extra strip jutting out of the end of the second straight. While I do like th new section, and believe it harks back to the glory days of racing on normal roads, I don't think it'll solve the problem of over-taking...
It won't be as dramatic as the Arena at Silverstone, but nevertheless, the addition of 10 new corners to any track must surely have some positive consequences...

As long as it has some half decent elevation changes I dont mind the look of that, even though it does looks far too twisty for any over taking.

Looks pretty cool. I'll reserve judgement until F1 actually races there.

Having driven it and raced it more than a couple of times there is a reasonable amount of elevantion change...

For Bahrain it is rather suprising :-)

More track length is good. However they have lost the flat out esses after turn 4 that took real balls to go through side by side with another driver.
