pop ups - how to stop - Safari Mac

I have popups setting enabled.
Go to, for example, http://www.songmeanings.net/
A windows still comes up, annoying as sometimes it covers the whole page.
Most site popups are blocked but some aren't as per above.

I get no popups from that page in Safari 4.0.4 on Snow Leopard.
The only other plug-in I've installed is Safai AdBlocker.
