I am going to look at a M3 CS in the next few days. The car is an 06 reg, 22K miles with FBMWSH. What kind of service costs could I expect from a dealer in the next 3 years if I averaged 3 - 4K miles a year. Also are service costs any different for a CS compared to regular M3?

Unless you need to replace a dedicated CS part they should cost exactly the same.

Front brake discs for example cost more as they are the larger discs originally fitted to the CSL.

If you only do 3-4k miles a year then your servicing should be done every 2 years to keep within the service schedules (which are milage dependant OR 2 years whichever is sooner). General service costs are the same as the standard M3, only things like brakes will be more, but they are only very marginally more expensive.
