mobile.pistonheads.com on orange

is it my other phone being odd. Or is there a problem accessing mobile.pistonheads from orange 3g? Www.pistonheads works fine oddly. As does mobile. From vodafone...

Just me?

I get it from time to time. It just won't load the page. Try resetting the phone/clearing cache & cookies.

Keeps doing it though and other sites are fine...

Although could do with a couple more things - needs watch/bookmark clickies on the topics, and would be nice to be able to see number of posts/months registered by usernames...

Just to add that it also does it through 2G. Can't remember whether it works through WiFi though - would be a surefire way if working out if it is Orange that is the problem or PH/the phone...

Same phone works fine connected to the WiFi. Just not through the Orange network with wifi turned off/on my travels.

We were not aware of this problem before so I will investigate and see if I can find out what is causing it.

In the mean time, can you try m.pistonheads.com and see if that works?

No afraid not. Tries for a while then I get The server failed to communicate. "The web page at http://mobile.pistonheads.com might be temporarily down". I definitely typed in m.pistonheads.com

www.pistonheads.com is still accessible. Slow. But works.

That's the exact error I get on HTC Hero on Orange.

Just tried mobile.ph through and loaded fine. On 2G at the mo for some reason.
