Even fully dressed, she'd be turned away at Waitrose.

I do love Waitrose.

English? Certainly not! She's Welsh - or as they say in their own language a 'Voxall'.
Redneck? I know what you mean but we call them Chavs or for ladies, and I use term very loosely, a chavette.

So what you've got there is a Voxall Chavette.

Oh, I see. Some Welsh minger gets politely turned away from Tesco for wearing her jim-jams, but I walk past the local primary school in my dressing-gown and all hell breaks loose.

It's one rule for Welsh mingers and another for the rest of us.

Why would you want to go shopping in your jim-jams?

The same type of person who can only juuuuuuuuuust manage to haul their useless arse out of bed before midday. Unless it's giro day. Then they're up like a shot.

I was going to mention this yesterday.

Why do so many people now think it is okay to walk about in their PJs? I've seen they shopping, taking the dog for a walk, and taking the kids to school.

It's fair enough nipping out to do the bins, or hanging out the clothes but really walking down to the local shop to get your Sunday paper....I think not!

Btw this is the 3rd repost for this subject biggrin

Well, if they're going to be open at 3 a.m., I expect to be able to shop whilst wearing clothes appropriate to the time of day. Standards dear boy, standards!

Just remember to close the dressing gown and you should be fine. Oh and trailing the werther's original packet on the fishing line is probably a no-no too.
