Self Assessment Software for online filing?

I'm an individual who has to complete a tax return (Trusts section), which you can't file online apparently.
Is there any commerical software that people use that's cheap to file online? There's loads on the HMRC website but it's a lot of wading through crap websites...
I don't even know if I should be filing a tax return, I recieve small trust payments every so often, so I was told I need to file, but then other people tell me I might not actually need to file... Is there a way of getting out of it once you've been stung?
