Miraflores - Malaga - anyone?

Have just booked a week in May to Miraflores in Malaga - tripadvisor throws up some mixed reviews...
Was booked through RCI as my parents own a few weeks and got me the exchange. reviews on their website are all 5 out of 5 and the pictures do look very nice!

Lived there about 8 years ago.
It was half built then.
You will need a car to get around.
Benalmadena is the nearest large town.
There is a lovely little marina with nice restaurants at Miraflores.
Do you drive to the top of the mountain at Mijas, the views are amazing and there is a little bar right at the top where you can sit and have some Tapas and a San Miguel whilst taking in the views.
Puerto Banus is a 20 minute drive and is over rated in my opinion.
Do NOT accept any offers to go to property ownership meetings!!! ( you have not won a star prize and it will cost you 4 hours of your life )
