Seat Belt alternative part anyone?

Drivers seat belt has a broken mechanism and have taken it apart and can't stop the engagement of the pawls into the gear. Rather than fork out £150 from RG does anyone know where an alternative the part may come from?

Try contacting Keith or Graham at Clever Trevor , they managed to source me a new retractor assembly for a fraction of that price , I had exactly the same problem as you .I found them very helpfull indeed and I`m sure they wll be able to help you out .To save you some of the time wasting I had , take the seat out to change the retractor , the attachment at the top of the B post will be good and tight as it will have thread lock on it .
