Not sadly at all. It's a dying language, and like all languages, it's dying because it's not needed anymore.

I presume you mean Scottish Gaelic as opposed to (the original) Irish Gaelic.

Gaelic is a true language, comes across as a genuinely interesting language and the sort you could use to natter with at the pub or at a meet for hours.

It should become the language of PH and be used in a lot of interesting threads and I'd always look forward to seeing what the Gaelic for "the itch" was so that I could scratch it next.

Please note this is not a Sweaty love thread biggrin
Just an appreciation of a top language!

It is sad, it's a cultural thing. I guess if you're not broad minded enough to appreciate it then that's your problem, and your loss.

Bloody mint band. Seen em loads of times, best gig was December 4th 2007 @ Barrowlands. I was second from the front; never ever seen a better gig, by any band.
