conversion from RHD to LHD noble m12gto
Discussion
I have recently bought an m12gto which I would like to convert to LHD (if possible)as this is more suitable in Holland
does anyone know if it's possible to convert a RHD m12gto to LHD.
Were there any LHD noble's sold in the early years 2001/2
what I can see is that you need at least the following parts;
steering rack (should not be a problem?)
wipermotor (same)
dashboard (are there any lhd dashboards available in the world , or could I use a rossion dashboard as the chassis of both cars are similar)
gear lever console.
the steeringcolumnmount (is it welded to the chassis, or can it be unbolted?)
the hole for the steeringcolumn and the wiringloom are ,from what I can see ,mirrored
I would also have to change aircon and cooling ?
if anyone has a clou or a lead to this topic I would appreciate it very much.
I did already conversion of elise S1 and S2 so I am not totally unfamiliar with this topic.

I have considered doing that but the prices were relatively high compared to the UK
also I have to pay far more taxes when I import from USA and transport and viewing is also more expensive
so as you see money and price is an issue for me unlike maybe other noble owners.
secondly I don't mind doing the work as long as parts are available.
so the main question for me is :where can I find out where parts are available
is there a site that has a partslist or should adress myself directly to noblecars?
thanks

you might want to contact hitech in SA and see if they have any spares (or the factory here)
do they drive on the right in SA ?
i guess you will need a new dash and hopefully everything else can be moved
(might be worth watching the factory build video to see if the chassis is symetrical)

The bulkhead would need replacing to accomodate the opposite steering rack, the airbox would need moving, the fuse box, the alarm, the cables for the pedals, + the pedals, + the dash + the wiring, plus the other 100 jobs...
I definately think it would be easier to ship one from the US

2010 really? http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/n...

This has to be the only unused m12 in existence.
