I need to get the belt off that drives the air con etc, How do I release the pressure on the tensioning pulley? I see there is a 3/8 drive square hole, is it just a case of pushing this against the tension spring or is it locked off at all as it seems very tight.
Hi Andy , yep its a 3/8 square hole in the tensioner , i used the extension bar off my socket set ........easy with 2 people , 1 holding the tension off the belt while the other puts the new belt in !! ....mind your fingers !!!
