Sea Bass Fillets

Have some lovely sea bass fillets - currently marinading in a home-made teryaki sauce.

I'm going to flash fry on the skin side to crsip skin then finish iquickly n the oven.

But... scratchchin

How long to fry, and how long in the oven?

Any advice appreciated!

Google found this, which sounds about right given what you are planning: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/seabass...

Though I'd normally not bother with the oven bit. I'm guessing 3mins on skin and a minute on the other side, then straight to the plate.

Ohhhh, I've got a whole sea bass in the freezer at the moment, will give this a go later in the week
