Autobahn Porsche Coventry

Has anyone ever had any experience of Autobahn in Coventry?

I am thinking of buying a 996 from them.

I bought my 996 GT3 from Lash. He treated me properly. PCT did all the prep and "touch wood" no problems so far.

You very definately could do worse than buying from Lash / Nim / Paul

Got my car from them - They're good old boys. There was a couple of problems which were expertly fixed by PCT (who they now share their premises with) with no quibbles.

I'd recommend them.

Bought my 3.2 Carrera from them. I had a problem with the engine when it was out of warranty and we came to a really good compromise (considering they really had no obligation to do anything) Less impressed with PCT who should have spotted the problem (in my opinion) whilst they undertook the pre inspection and post inspection work. Very good in terms of standards of work but not cheap when it's your wallet!

Thats quite encouraging.

The servicing costs they quoted appeared to be very cheap.

I nearly bought two cars from them (was too slow both times) and thought the salesman (Paul) very fair and open.

I used their workshop a number of times when it was still in-house at their old site, very happy. Haven't used them since they've joined with PCT at their new site

Neighbour of mine has had them look after his 944 S2 for the last 2 years, has nothing but good things to say about them.

I visited Autobahn about 5 years ago during a weekend away with the PCGB Surrey region. Lash came accross as a really nice guy and let the whole group of us (there were about a dozen of us)go for a test drive in a 9 month old 2.5 Boxter.

I been back to Autobahn since and they always seem to have a nice selection of quality Porsche of all ages. I don't know anyone who has had a problem with them.
