F1Fanatic - quick google search will find it - has a list of F1 related 'tweeters'. Most have been verified rather than being some random person trying to be clever.

Quite a few of the drivers and teams use it and there are loads of drivers stateside on. Seems to be a lot of tweets from trackside at Daytona at the moment!

There are also a number of paddock insiders worth following.
