like most night when sky are clear like tonight when i walked my dogs, i noticed 3 stars inline, with 2 stars above / below it. Like this. excuse my crappy drawings.



Can anyone id those star names or star sign or whatever they call it?

Sounds like Orion to me and you just didn't catch the full set. Some interesting planetary line ups at the moment if you get a clear sky too.
