Careful because for me NR is a local circuit at home and i can go there 4 time for the same trip as from my borrowed UK house to Cadwel. I get to live here for next 9 months is this Cadwel place on my car and not moto going to appease me for the desire?
For the moment I can take my car £69 once or £150 two times but must decide before Monday noon or pay more!

I have a memory watching a race at Oulton and said inside my head I would go there one day. The race as a Legend car.
I am making a first visit on 24.02 confirmed now so if you are right I collect the beer for you!

Oulton is a bigger better version of Cadwell. Hope you have a great time there as I'm sure you will.

Both fantastic circuits, although Cadwell is by far my favourite and if I had to choose one or the other it would be Cadwell for me every time.

It depends what kind of car you will be driving, as Cadwell is very narrow and twisty and suits more nimble cars better. I drive an elise, which is just perfect around Cadwell, but also pretty good fun around Oulton.

I was amazed buy the terrain at Cadwell, a real test of nerves to drive your car fast round there. I like being out in the 'Park' one minute and then going through the trees the next.

I love it. Here like Dan's but with a few cars around me:

From these I am thinking one is a wide version of the other. The views are very nice. So, yes I am here only short time i must be doing a sortie on both. So 24.02 Oulton Park and maybe i make a youtube myself. And then 15.03 at Cadwell. £158 for both and for that I am content. So I tick both boxes (and wait for Donington to construct itself but I'm sure I'm back in Belgium for that day :-(

Thank you to give opinions. Better here than official sites where each circuit in UK is "the best" or "the home of..." or "most historic". How is it they all claim the same? Not to complain, just 2 real choice where I am and it's a luxury for UK to have so many in small reach of each other.

Oulton Park is my favourite circuit, but Cadwell is far more like the Nordschleife than Oulton is: even down to the narrow tarmac and the lack of vision.

The only park of Cadwell that I don't like is the Hairpin - the rest of the track is great in the Z4 - pity it's over the other side of the country from me.
Suppose I'll have to make do with Oulton & Anglesey.

Although from driving both, I'd say the 'Ring feels much wider than most of Cadwell and I rarely see buses at Cadwell wink

I'd agree that Cadwell isn't really that much like the Ring. But Oulton has a similar character to the Ring, in that its mostly flowing corners with lots of gradient. Joachim Winkelhock always said how much Oulton remided him of the Ring (or so I have heard).
