Had to sell the Cerb yesterday, a change in circumstances meant it needed to go.

What an amazing car, even started first time yesterday after two weeks with no running or even battery charging. Amazing final drive in the dry. If your reading this and thinking shall i buy one. Do it, read the advise here and buy with your head not heart.

Thanks to all who replied to my questions.
Miss it already, and no more creeping into the garage for a cheeky look!!

Sorry to hear it had to go Smithy. None of us know whats round the corner do we, so I feel for you. Good luck, at least you can say you owned a Cerbera, and you can always buy another when the lottery comes up. biggrin

Smithy,

Interested to know if you had my old car which I sold about 3 years ago. Not too many about Southend.

Take a look at my profile let me know what you think,

Hi
I do not think its the same, mine did not originally come from the Essex area. Car i had was Rosso Pearl, where i think yours is slightly darker?

Thanks mate. I was told mine was rosso pearl, even got a quote for a full respray, £4.5k, to find out that its pearl cherry red and a standard Rover colour!

I felt the same when I sold mine last month. Had a list of possible replacement candidates, when things get sorted out, but after checking the pro's and con's another Cerb is right up there at the top. Superb cars.

Now i have to live with driving past it each morning/night whilst for sale by the garage.... heart breaking. I do think the price is slightly high though.
