I need a solicitor for selling a leashold flat. Can anyone recommend a firm in either Guildford, or even another part of Surrey or Hampshire?

Not quite the area you wanted locationwise but it's not really far and in fact not really an issue, he'll get the job done (flat he sold for me that was in East London). He is up to speed with his IT so will scan all docs letters he receives and email copies you need rather than copying and forwarding to you snail mail.
