Driving along yesterday at reasonable speed , hit the usual dip/uneven spot on crap road and heared a sharp bang , carried on as everything seemed ok . Had a look after a run out today and there's a crack where the rose joint welds onto box section rhs rear suspension arm that replaces original tvr arm. Need to beef both sides up methinks as stiff suspension doesn't suit our dreadful roads .

Hmmm. If you keep beefing everything up you'll eventually send the forces straight into the chassis and have that cracking. I'd check that non of the suspension has siezed or failed in any other way then consider taller springs and softer spring and/or damper settings. This is where adjustable suspension comes into its own.

Softer settings on back mean exhaust pipe hitting ground even more than it does already with 4 inches ground clearance !
