Well the sun was out all weekend. Drove just for fun yesterday and today. Even managed some maximum beanz today although the car struggled with grip (a mixture of 'old' tyres and cold conditions). It was great though to really be able to enjoy the cerb again! The Aston behind me yesterday seemed to enjoy it too.

My passenger today remarked how he thought the car seemed much faster than a neighbours 997 turbo.

ps I have no idea why I am posting except to say how great it is to drive a cerb after so many weeks forced to look at it unused in the garage.

Plugged my Emerald in today and went for a blast, it's slippery out there. 3rd in the "dry" required consideration...... laugh

If someone else hadn't put up a random post up to say they took thier cerb out for a drive in the nice weather, I would have done biggrin Its great to finally get it out with dry roads and a little sun! A few other's were enjoying the weather too, I saw an old skool Aston V8 Vantage, a Cobra replica and several caterhams. Good day was had by all.

Blimey, I've been driving mine more or less all the time recently. I handed the BMW back so I only have the wifes Rx8 as backup now.

Finally getting round to quotes for the body work (after the deer crash in nov) so hopefully it will be back in tip topish nick in a month or so.

It is very slippy out there at the mo, very nearly stacked it on some black ice at the weekend, my dad following in his pug 309 nearly did exactly the same thing so that proves a Cerb is as safe as a eurobox wink

Me thinks Cambridge is a little bit flatter than where I live. No cars could drive my road a couple of weeks ago.
