aston matin v8 vantage
Discussion
just got my 07 vantage back from a detailing by iain at finerdetails in rochdale and all i can say is wow! i`ve had the car for almost 3 years and covered 30000 miles in it.as you can imagine it has picked up some marks/scratches along the way.iain got a tired looking car and made it look better than new.

Top work. That was one dirty car. I can see why you would be so happy.
The wheel weights are still on ther if you look at the bottom of the pic, however the old stickers look to have been removed.
Astons in this condition are the norm and for some reason, the factory still hasnt learnt how to remove the da sanding marks from the bonnet before they reach the customer. Nearly every aston ive detailed has this and its just not on.

I was fooled by the before and after pic of the filthy wheel quelle retardAstons in this condition are the norm and for some reason, the factory still hasnt learnt how to remove the da sanding marks from the bonnet before they reach the customer. I'm really surprised to hear that about AM paint....have you done any older ones (say original vantage and before?) cos i thought their paint shop was supposed to be amazingly brilliant?
that`s right fellas, just the sticky stuff was removed from where the wheels were re-balanced when i put new tyres on a few months back.admittedly the vast majority of those marks were put on by me using the car as an every day mule but to be honest it wasn`t perfect when i picked it up new 3 years ago.i`d heard a rumour that aston paint was particularly soft and this was confirmed by iain who said it was always VERY easy to scratch up.
