Ears Burning

My ears are burning..the right one.

Now I always thought it was "right for spite and left for love". Then someone said no as the left is the negative side of your body? ie where the devil sits.

I am expecting to hear back about a job today and I NEED TO KNOW which it is.

No scientific or logical explanations please, I am girl they don't work on me.

And no I am not leaning against the radiator or anything.

I've always been told that it's left for love, right for spite. Doesn't the left side of the brain control the right side of the body? In which case the devil would be sat in the left side of your brain, but it would be your right ear that's affected.
