Ooh, launching an overtaking manoeuvre just as the turbo comes on song.

Ooh, a slice of fresh white bread and butter.

It could be anything.

No pictures. There's nothing to see here. Move away from the physical intimacy.

Nice twisty bit of road, just holding it in 3rd and powering through the bends and feeling like a driving god.

having massive crash on a snowboard/skis/skateboard/bike/ kart, and experiencing that "I'm not hurt!" feeling afterwards. Its awesome. It makes me laugh out loud for about a minute.

That's what I thought.

The only thing I can imagine he's on about is sliding down a waste chute off a scaffolded building ?

The cheesecake I baked yesterday.
A local B road, top down, Wildhearts on the stereo and never letting the car drop below 4k rpm for many, many miles.

Driving on a twisty empty road at the crack of dawn (preferably roof off) with no-one around for miles, feeling my heart pound in my chest as all my senses are tingling, the satisfaction of nailing every apex, gearchange, throttle input and then turning around and doing it all again cloud9

Getting up early saturday morning thinking its a workday, then realising its not.

The feeling of getting offered a job after a while off work, but still having a week to do whatever you want before you start the new post. smile

I'm assuming he's a snowboarder. It makes sense to me smile

He means that when you carve across fresh powder, you never know if it's going to let you ride it, or cause an avalanche and bury you.

Tilted right over so that one hand is almost touching the piste, both skis carving, bouncing up, shifting your weight into a turn with no slide, just even more speed. Just lovely.

Gerrards Corner at Mallory Park, just holding the car on the very edge of grip, and then the final exit when the camber fires you to the other side of the track if you get it right. Mmmm.
