Gift advice - Sat Nav + Music Player + Bluetooth

I am thinking about buying my girlfriend a Sat Nav. She has just got a new car and it has a aux input so I was also thinking about an iPod. Then it occured to me that there must be something available which does both. Oh and if it can do Bluetooth handsfree also then even better.
