Ford s-max, any good?

We currently have a Zafira 2.0 dti which has served us well over the last three years, but it's time to change. Due to a larger family and my wife being a child minder we need to go a little bigger. I like the look of the S-Max 2.0 D Titanium and wondered if they harbour any bad points?. I have looked at many MPV's but this one seems to fit the bill.

It's great.
Don't know about the diesel though.
