Yes the car stays in Sweden 
I think the value of a modified car depends very much on build quality and documentation of the modifications and also for sure the trust the buyer gets for the builder/modifier. But all mods has to be well thought thru, modifications that are made just because the builder/owner want's to look different mostly lower the value of the car since it's often to extreme or odd looking. Look at designo leathers in exclusive cars for example. Alot of the most well speced Mercs or porschen has lether that the owner ordered just to be special. Mint green, purple, bright blue etc. These cars are stone dead on the market a few years later and it doesn't matter that the first owner payed a fortune for it. Mods simply has to be "good taste" and high quality otherwise it can hurt the value. *IMHO*
