Unofficial agreement to call a Sauber a Sauber?

I see that Autosport and some other outlets are still calling Sauber 'BMW Sauber'. Some like BBC, espn etc are calling it Sauber. Suppose there should be an unofficial agreement to call them just Sauber.

I can understand that technically the name is BMW Sauber and I expect to see that on all of the timing screens and official documentation.

The fans will definitely be calling it a Sauber.

What's in it for Peter Sauber if its still BMW? I remember him saying BMW wanted too much money. would love to know how much he sold and then re-bought the team for?

Its just paperwork issues as far as I know, in the 2010 entry list, the concorde agreement etc. the team are called BMW Sauber from when those things were done last year, before BMW jumped.

I never stopped calling them Sauber to be honest...

As I understand it require unanimous agreement of all teams and other parties to change the name and I expect Pete & co, with all the faffery, late start etc have simply got more important things to worry about than trying to convince everyone to agree given frank williams or someone will probably object for some anal reason.

Last year, Brawn had trouble getting their TV money from the previous year, because although they kept their entry to F1, they changed their name from Honda to Brawn. Sauber is just making sure he gets the cash...

Apparently, they won't get any TV cash because they initially withdrew from this season, meaning they are considered to be a new entrant.

But most of the media and public are calling it a Sauber, so he gets most of the name change for free!

Is this not just the same thing as calling McLaren, McLaren, instead of Vodadone McLaren Mercedes?
