You're using the wrong buttons to make it colder, try the big handle just above the rear view mirror. wink

Given the current weather, how would you know anyway?? Blowing fresh air would do a pretty good job.

+1.

Then remove the A/C sell it on ebay and save a couple of Kg you don't need.

If you really need it regassed then most garage places can do it but you normally need to leave the car for a few hours.

As Oddball said, you can pick up sixty feet of bridge a re-gas almost anywhere, even Halfords. But make sure that they pressure test and offer a guarantee if it all leaks out due to seals and has to be done again and again until fixed. The AC stopped working on the old Nexia shed Mrs BG had, it was re-gassed a few times but still wouldn't chill down, due to seal problems which meant the re-gassing was a waste of time, eventually we decided the AC wasn't worth fixing, and we weren't charged for any of the re-gassing.

And just because...

Try Quik Fit

Cost is about £20.
They check the air temp before and after. Unless there is significient change, than there is no charge!
