self storage, whats the deal

Needing to rent some self storage space and there are a couple in Harlow so I thought I would check out the prices on line and choose the best one. Guess what, both dont give pricing online, it cannot be that difficult surely as the spaces are pre determined and standard. Whats the deal, no actual price list like double glazing? Is it a haggle job? price determined by how you look?
