SMS problem

Hi guys,

I bought a Samsung Tocco Ultra last fiday and everything worked fine sending texts to my gf. Then on monday night I stopped receiving texts from her. I still can't receive any from her or her friend but can receive them from some of my other friends who are mostly on the same network as me (Orange). Please can some one help because this is getting very annoying now. Thankyou

Just to add, I've already tried taking the Sim out and switching the phone off and on again.

Think this is something to do with the request reply function - it wants to reply via the same service centre that you've used. Do you receive texts from your GF when she composes a new text?

Just tried that and still no luck

if it isn't the "reply via same centre" problem (this should be set to NO) and you are getting texts from other people, there is a problem her end as if it was with you then you wouldn't get any texts at all.

I don't think it will be this because she can send and receive texts to her friends without any problems at all.

It's ok now. Apparently I wasn't leaving the battery out long enough for the phone to reset. Then had to look through 17 new messages when switched back on.
