Hi we need a good place to setup our evo track car, ideally on Friday.. tongue out

Wallace and Clark motorsport can't do it sadly, who else is used to doing it properly and accurately?

Cheers

Also, if there is anywhere en-route to Knockhill who could do it early saturday am, that would be fine!

Talk about us leaving things till the last minute! lol wink

Cheers

I think Overton did my old starlet. Maybe worth giving them a try.

How were Laws in terms of service, ok?? Did they set the car up to your requirements or was it just a standard tracking and alignment?.. Also, what kind of price did you get charged?

Cheers

Yeah i seem to recall they were fine enough. I never asked them for anything specific and they never offered so cannont help you in that respect.

Always worth giving Alastair a quick call, he's normally very accommodating on the phone and tells you everything you need to know.

I got 4 18" Mini Tyres at the same time but i seem to recall around £75 was for the tracking & lazer alignment

IMO Law's will be no use for setting a track car up. They can't/wont adjust camber or caster, only toe. They wont give you before or after readings of what toe you're running either. Service has always been good enough when i've gone in from Stevie and Mark I believe the reception guys names are, although the guy doing my alignment messed it up last time, and my steering wheel still isn't straight.

Perhaps try Kinghorn bodyshop, I was told they could do all the relevant adjustments when I enquired about some body work a while ago.
