Well, today I took off the EPBV. I took the flap and mechanism off and put a bolt through the hole that was left when flap itself was taken out, so it finctions the same as a spacer. Well, I decided to gut the cats while I was there. That was easy, it only took about 5 minutes. When I was done, I blew it out real good, so no particles would get into the turbo. All is back in place, and runs fine. I blocked the EBPV line, and the Throttle jacking line. I do not notice any change in sound. It really made my porsches sound different when they were removed. I have not driven it enough to notice a power diference. Does anyone know, will the car run and idle fine with no cat? Wil the O2 sensor give faulty readings? If so, do I just remove it, or alter it in some way? Thanks!....the chip is next if I can decide which one.
