Right, how do you get the little buggers out...?

Can anyone confirm the fitting...?

Reach in the footwells, they have a clip on either side and you need to squeze these together to get them out ....

Be careful thoug as they are probably very fragile by now. Prone to snapping ...

Tip: change them for new oval shape flatter ones. You will probably need to adapt the body work a little but they look much better ...

Cheers.. had a quick nose the other day, but couldn't see anything obvious..

Intending to swap them for oval ones...

i wiggled mine free from the outside with no trouble. If you are replacing them then you dont need to worry about them breaking. Its the usual arrangement of a clip each side so you can push forward/backwards and gentle tug it off (cue nob joke)
