If they don't have a complaints department, ask to be put through to the 'office' of the Group Chief Executive. Obviously you are unlikely to speak to him, but one of his minions will be on a high enough pay grade to give a st.

I've done this with BT head office and The AA - both calls resulted in a long term issue, mainly caused by poor customer service, being fixed very quickly...

'.ifs' is the financial services arm and '.ir' is the retail network. I feel that neither will work for the main board...

Thanks for all the replies.

I have called head office who will not give me their email addresses, but have been told someones PA will call me back.

In the meantime, I have sent an email with all possible email addresses I could think of.
