Guys, can you offer your advise? I believe I may have been "snapped" by a roadside camera van at the weekend. I was slowing from about 80mph on a national speed limit dual carriage way and entering a 50mph limit on approach to a roundabout. What is the most likely outcome? 3 points and a fine or loss of license if I was at 80mph in the 50mph when they snapped me? How long do I have to wait to see if anything drops through the letter box?

They must send you an NIP within 14 days.
However, even if they do, fill it in BUT DON'T SIGN IT!!!!
Then it will all go away so long as you keep your nerve and take the advice on these posts, from Pepipoo and from Safespeed, amongst others.
