Replacing valve springs

Thinking about doing this while my engine is still out as im guessing it'll be easier than when its back in

What do the upgraded valve springs cost?
Where should i get them from?
What tools are needed?
How long will it take?
What torque settings should i be aware of?

Hi Graham , got my kit from Mountune think they were about £290 ish , i took my heads of to do it and did some gas flowing work as well , also fitted new stem seals as well while it was in bits ,i have a guy who will rebuild your heads as well as skim them ready for a refitt at very sensible cost if you are interested .
