selling my house and i need a hips-estate agent wants 300quid,have seen em under 99 on the internet,anyone used em r they genuine..ta phil

I can't see how under £99 is achievable. Searches, epc and other docs alone would probably exceed that.

We've just paid £210 + VAT as I couldn't see how I could do it much cheaper (once you factor in the hassle)

Used these & were very good(well, good at getting it done, the whole procedure is fking pointless!).

hips4U were fine for us last year, about £150ish.

Don't believe anyone that says you need a dearer one... a hip is a hip is a hip

I used them too, when they take your money and don't tell you that some searches are backed up 2 months, you realise why they are cheap.
