Drivers window rubber

Please can anyone tell me if the rubber / felt insert the window moves up and down in has twisted? as my window get's to within 2" of the top travel it slows right down and the rubber twists out of shape. Any advice to sort it please.

Try giving the rubber / felt window guide a squirt of silicon spray (e.g. Armorall).
