Scenario:

Mrs andy400 big fan of Tiffany.

andy400 kicks arse out of Tiffany idea over the years.

She'd probably be happy with more Tiffany stuff, but seeking alternatives.

Any similar ideas?

There are a lot of small indivdual jewellers who would made you a unique piece of jewelery for the same price you would pay for a mass-produced piece of jewelery that appears to only be special because it has a certain brand name stamped on it.

So why not get something made for her.

If it's branded stuff you are after, Gucci do a nice silver range in a decent price bracket, you can buy/view it on their website. As with most brand names, it has it's own share of naff/tat bits in the range though.

How about, and stop me if I'm being controversial, some Tiffany jewellery? If she likes it, daft boxes and all, then why get her something else? Avoids disappointment!

Any mention of an alternative would depend on whether you're looking at Tiffany Bond St bottom floor mega-money stuff or third floor silver stuff I would have thought...
