Night vision SCameras

As you head up the hill on London Road, Preston there are around six BiB out with a mobile camera, at the side of the road.

Thing is, they're doing it in the dark. Have they got night vision ones now?

Shirley that many BiB would be an identify and pull operation, you only need an envelope for a speeding NIP.

I was stopped by them.

They were on both sides of the road but they were special constables doing training in how to deal with motoring offences, stop cars etc. Spoke with them for a few mins whilst they did a few checks and they were all very polite (although looked very young!).
