His Duchy range is run for him and enjoys obscene tax breaks to allow him to operate without the restrictions a normal business would. If I owned as much land and staff as he does it wouldnt be overly difficult to set that up.

His Princes Trust is a good thing however.

I don't mind him, as far as the Royal Family goes he does seem a decent guy. The environment stuff annoys me when he flies his private jet everywhere though, but everyone who has had their 15 minutes of fame spouts that.
