Sure this is old ground, and probably covered in other threads but...

Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone in the situation of having pranged their pride & joy and worried about where/ how to sort it.

Got some great advice about making sure you get it right to a specialist TVR/ glass fibre place - this is the only thing that saved mine from the insurance folk writing it off.

Hats of to Benn and Thomas at Carizma for:

1. Fighting the good fight with the insurance folk and making sure we saved the car, and
2. For doing a lovely and really thorough job on the car - really looks great - can't wait to get my hands on it again (esp given I only had it for a day first time round... you could be forgiven for wondering if the car feels the same way!)

Once I figure out this photo hosting business I will try and put some before (yipes!) and after (yaay!)pics up.

Later all.

Know exactly what your talking about.
Mine ended up at a place who told the insurance 12,7k to repair when I was advised by others it shoulg have been no more than 9k.
Only good thing that came out of it was that my Tuscan was sold as a repairable and so should get back on the road.

Yes really dark blue - engine lovingly upgraded beyond RR spec (although probaly not in terms of output) by a the former owner @ racing green (not FFF)

Have to agree, they did work on my Chimaera before I changed to the Tuscan and the work was absolutely great - wouldn't go anywhere else now.
