Do you ever say sorry to the OH. Had a bit of a tiff with mine and now realise that I was "little" in the wrong. I know if I say sorry though that it will be cast up and haunt me forever. I tend just to let this kind of thing blow over without actually apologizing. May be male ego or whatever but I find it really hard to say sorry.
So, in the testosterone filled world of PH, how do you chaps handle it, do you go groveling, mutter under your breaths a half hearted sorry or just start acting as if nothing happened.

My ex-gf's family used to have blazing rows where they would end up not speaking to each other for a while. Eventually someone would break the silence (but never by apologising) and things would go back to normal. A VERY unhealthy way of living, I think.

.. becuase a female would never ever even consider saying sorry if they were slightly in the wrong.
And I've typed that with the OH sat beside me, and she's read it, but can't say anything yet 'cos' she's on the phone to her mum.
No doubt she'll have something to say in a few minutes!

On behalf of the PH massive I have decided to chart new waters and will attempt to say sorry, OH is currently sulking and acting all hurt in the Bedroom. This is new ground for me and am currently trying to work up the courage.

Depends on the argument, if im in the right(for once), then not a chance in hell of me saying sorry, but when im in the wrong(every damn day at the moment) then i usually storm off and spend ten minutes cooling off before grovelling and asking mrs slopes to please leave the knives in the kitchen, they dont belong in the bedroom
