Parrott Bluetooth problem..can't hear call
Discussion
Depending on the age of the kit, it could need re-flashing with the latest firmware in order to work properly with your phone. For example, my Sony Ericsson K800i bought in 2007 worked seamlessly with my 2007 Parrot kit. The K850i that replaced it worked in part, but I lost some of the voice commands, then the Nokia I replaced that with wouldn't work at all.
This was easily rectified with an update of the control module. This can be done by either buying the required cable and downloading the firmware yourself, or removing the module and sending it away. It may also be worth asking the question on the Parrot forums, stating which kit you've got and what phone you're using.

Do you know which Parrot kit you have?
If it has a mono screen with a dial below and the green and red either side, it's a CK3100 and you can easily update it via Bluetooth. Just go to the 'Downloads' section of the Parrot website. Same applies if it has a colour screen (CK3200)
If its as above, but without a screen then it may be the CK3000 Evolution which means that you need to find a local specialist to update it for you. Again, the Parrot website has a Certified Installer Locator on their homepage.
If it's one of the newer MKi kits which has the iPod/iPhone connector leads, then it's very easy to update via a USB key.
