What paint was used to paint the engine bay ??

When the body is off I wouldnt mine tarting up the engine bay, anyone know what black paint / finish they used in the engine bay ??

I think it was the wet stuff that goes dry when after its been applied

I think I read somewhere that it was black pigment in the gel coat rather than being painted, not positive though.

Upper area of my Griff 500 is body colour and the lower area is simply matt black.

Some are body colour, some are straight forward satin black. Nothing anymore complicated than that.
