Any recommendations for a nice Italian Restaurant in the Derby/Notts area?

Vivo's in stapleford is okay. Nothing spectacular but decent value. Main thing that pits me off is I'm not sure if they make their own pasta or buy it in.

Amore's in Beeston.

Absolutely lovely however, it is always packed. You even need to book on weekday.

I booked a week in advance for a Wednesday and could not get a table until 8.30

The food is amazing though, prices have been slowly going up though. You will pay £18.50 for a steak now.
