Gallardo Oil Consumption

Ive done a couple of thousand miles in my 06' Egear G now. After 1k miles it had used approx 1 litre. So I topped up and I checked the level again at 2k miles and its not used a drop.

What sort of oil consumption is anyone else getting?

I check every 500 miles, usually I add about 1/2 a litre. So about a litre every 1k.

I do about 4k a year in mine and have only once have had to top it up between services, and that was about 1 month before the service.

Did 3000 miles in 2 weeks around Europe last year. Very hot weather and some faily spirited driving. It used 1 litre for whole trip. Never put oil in since between services.
